In most instances, our fees for acting on behalf of claimants form part of the compensation and
are paid by the acquiring authority, thus costing the claimant nothing.
Agricultural Tenancy
In the farming sector, with over 20 years of experience, we manage the end-of-
tenancy procedures for both traditional tenancies and Farm Business Tenancies. We calculate and
negotiate claims for end-of-tenancy compensation for either Landlords or Tenants
and can assess and pursue dilapidations claims for land owners.
Insurance
