Simpson Towler was established in Penrith in 1999 to provide Chartered Surveying and Rural Property Consultancy services in the North of Cumbria, west Durham, west Northumberland and the Yorkshire Dales. The firm incorporated in 2006 and became Amounderness Ltd. Simpson Towler is a trading name of Amounderness Ltd. Amounderness is one of the seven historic Hundreds Lancashire.

Our offices are located on the second floor of no. 52, King Street, Penrith, above the premises of Butterworths Solicitors. The building is just south of the town centre and the Musgrave Monument and clock.

From J.40 on the M.6, take the A.66 east in the direction of Scotch Corner. At the next roundabout, take the A.6 north towards Penrith town centre and proceed to King Street.
